Champs Sports and FILA Channel ‘90s Nostalgia With Exclusive Rugrats Collection

Rugrats first aired on Nickelodeon in 1991, and today, Tommy, Chuckie, Angelica and the rest of the kiddie crew live on through a new collaboration between Champs Sports and FILA. The two brands teamed up with Viacom Nickelodeon Consumer Products to debut a capsule collection featuring the cartoon cast on a range of footwear and apparel.

The collection playfully pairs classic silhouettes and the brand’s iconic logo with imagery from the celebrated animated series. The FILA Disruptor 2, Original Fitness Tape and Ray Tracer – one of the brand’s newest silhouettes – don fun, bright colors and are embellished with the Rugrats gang. Apparel counts a selection of tees and hoodies emblazoned with large graphics, including a fusion of the FILA and Rugrats logos, a polaroid of the pals and special character touches, such as Chuckie sporting FILA footwear.

In addition, Champs Sports shares a new episode of Illustrated, focusing on the history and design of Rugrats through the eyes of Nickelodeon Creative Director Russ Spina.
