Foot Locker Launches New Membership Program FLX

Unifying all Foot Locker, Inc. brands for the first time.
This week, Foot Locker, Inc. officially launched FLX, the new membership program unifying the family of brands under one easy-to-use platform, in North America. The most loyal customers have already been shopping across Foot Locker, Kids Foot Locker, Lady Foot Locker, Champs Sports, Footaction and Eastbay – but now, they’ll be rewarded for doing so.
FLX, which piloted in select European countries and will continue to expand to additional global regions, is free to join and allows members to earn points and access to exclusive experiences and rewards in the centralized Redemption Center. Members will earn 100 XPoints per dollar spent in-stores and online at all Foot Locker, Inc. brands, and they can also earn points by completing online activities such as surveys, shopping preferences and connecting social media accounts.
Most notable for the true sneaker enthusiast, FLX Members can redeem XPoints for “Head Starts” which help improve the chances of securing highly-sought-after launch product via the Foot Locker, Footaction and Champs Sports apps using the Launch Reservation Procedure. FLX Members also get a Head Start benefit on each release, just for being a member.
