FOOT LOCKER, INC. DECLARES QUARTERLY DIVIDEND OF $0.06 PER SHARE
NEW YORK, NY, May 26, 2004 – Foot Locker, Inc. (NYSE: FL), the New York-based specialty athletic retailer, today reported that its Board of Directors declared a quarterly cash dividend on the Company’s common stock of $0.06 per share, which will be payable July 30, 2004 to shareholders of record on July 16, 2004.
